We live in Jaipur, and we've watched the same story repeat for years. Someone builds a life abroad and leaves a house, a plot, a flat behind. A relative promises to keep an eye on it. A broker says “don't worry, sir.” And then the silence starts.
The problems that ruin a property are the quiet ones — a boundary wall that moves half a metre, a bill that goes unpaid until the connection is cut, damp that eats a ceiling for two monsoons before anyone mentions it. When you're nine to twelve timezones away, you don't find out until it's expensive.
We're early and we're small — a founding team in one city, onboarding a handful of pilot owners. We won't pretend otherwise. How do I know your reports are real and not recycled photos?
Every photo is geo-tagged and timestamped at the moment of capture, on site, by a named rep — you can check the coordinates against your own plot. Reports are dated and archived, and corrections are new entries, never quiet edits, so you can compare this month against last month yourself.
Who actually visits my property? Can I speak to them?
A named local representative, working under a named manager — both identified to you at onboarding. Every visit on your timeline shows who performed it, and you can reach your manager directly. There is no anonymous "team" behind your property.
Do you hold my money?
Never. Rent and bills move through your own accounts; we track, record, and reconcile. Anything that costs money — a repair, a vendor — comes to you first as a quote with photos, and happens only after you approve. If a cost isn't in your agreement or approved by you, you don't owe it.
What happens when a tenant stops paying or damages the property?
You're alerted as soon as a payment is flagged late. We follow up, document every communication, photograph any damage on the next visit, and keep the full dated record. We don't act as your lawyer — but if it comes to that, you (or the advocate you choose) get a complete, timestamped evidence file instead of a shouting match.
Do you guarantee rent or returns?
No — and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. We never promise rent, returns, or appreciation. What we commit to is verified presence at your property and honest reporting of exactly what we find there.

The people who burned you asked for your trust; we're structured so you don't need to give it. Everything we claim leaves checkable evidence — GPS, timestamps, a permanent activity log, your own approvals. And leaving is simple by design: your documents, reports, and ledger belong to you and go with you.
