No black boxes. Here is exactly what happens between a site visit and the calm summary that lands in your inbox.

  1. 1. We schedule the visit

    Based on your property and plan, a verified local field rep is assigned and scheduled. You always know who is going and when.

  2. 2. The rep visits — geo-tagged

    The visit captures live geolocation and a timestamp. If the coordinates don't match your property, the visit is flagged. No exceptions.

  3. 3. Photo & condition evidence

    The rep logs condition status (green / amber / red), notes, and photographs — boundary, structure, meters, and anything unusual.

  4. 4. Evidence enters your private vault

    Everything is stored as private objects. You view it through short-lived signed links after an authorization check — never a public URL.

  5. 5. Proactive alerts, in plain language

    A scheduled engine watches bills, rent, visit gaps, document expiry and open tickets, and alerts you before a small issue grows.

  6. 6. A human verifies your report

    Your monthly summary is drafted with AI, then edited and approved by a person. You only ever see the approved version.

What we will never do: show you an unreviewed “all clear”, guarantee rent or returns, or hold your money on our books. Payment tracking is pass-through and audit-log only.
