What do NRI property management services cost in India?
Vasaaya charges a flat per-property monthly subscription — founding-client pricing from ₹2,499 per property per month — stated in writing before we start. Many services in this market charge a percentage of your monthly rent; we deliberately don't, so our incentive is your property's condition, not the size of a transaction.
How do I know a visit really happened?
Every visit captures GPS coordinates on arrival and departure, checked against your property's location. Every photo passes 20+ metadata checks — position, capture time, camera fingerprint, tamper signals — and is locked with a content hash. The whole record is append-only: corrections are new entries, never silent edits.
Do you hold my rent or deposits?
Never. Rent and bills move through your own accounts. We track, record and reconcile — and anything that costs money comes to you first as a written quote with photos, and happens only after you approve it.
Which cities do you actually serve?
Active today: Jaipur (our home base), plus Jodhpur, Udaipur and Ajmer in Rajasthan. Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru are waitlist-only — we don't claim service where we can't yet put verified feet on the ground.
Can you handle the paperwork — TDS, POA, repatriation?
We coordinate documents and keep awareness checklists (TDS on rent, Power of Attorney, NRO repatriation, RERA), with a human reviewing anything that matters. We never give legal or tax advice — our guides explain each topic in plain language, and your CA or lawyer stays the decision-maker.
