An inspection you can verify, not just believe.
A named local rep walks your property against a written checklist. Every photo is geo-tagged and authenticity-checked. The report lands in your portal with the evidence attached — not in a WhatsApp forward.
What a Vasaaya inspection covers

Scheduled, or the moment you need one
Subscriptions run inspections on a fixed calendar. One-off inspections — before a purchase conversation, after a storm, when a neighbour calls with a worry — are booked as single jobs with a written scope. Managing a plot instead? See plot & land monitoring, or the Jaipur service page for local specifics.
Inspection questions, answered
What does a property inspection cost?
Scheduled inspections are included in the flat per-property subscription (founding-client pricing from ₹2,499/property/month). A one-off or emergency inspection is quoted as a single job, in writing, before anyone travels.
How do I know the photos are from my property, taken today?
Every photo is checked for GPS position against your plot, capture time, camera fingerprint and tamper signals, then locked with a content hash — over 20 checks per photo. A photo that fails any check is flagged in the report, not silently included.
Can I ask for specific things to be checked?
Yes. Your visit checklist is configurable — a cupboard of documents, a specific wall, the state of a neighbour's construction. Standing instructions live on your property profile and the rep confirms each one, with evidence, every visit.
What happens when an inspection finds a problem?
It becomes a documented issue in your portal with photos, and you're alerted. If fixing it costs money, you get a written quote first — nothing is spent without your approval. No approval, no work, no surprise bill.
The property is tenanted — will you disturb my tenant?
Visits to occupied properties are coordinated in advance with the occupant, and an OTP sign-off from them can confirm the visit happened respectfully. Your tenant relationship matters; ambush inspections don't happen.
